Fees and options

A down payment of 70 € is due upon submission of homestay application and validates your booking, to be paid online via our secure credit card payment or by downloading the credit card authorization form. (How to pay) In case of cancellation, the payment of 70 € is not refundable.

Fees are all inclusive (screening of host, appropriate placement, homestay costs, assistance for students and hosts)., directly payable to F.A.C. Duration of stay : minimum 1 week.

Single B&B: Single bed & breakfast. Self served breakfast supplied by host· . Evening access to the kitchen.This option is like sharing a flat with your host and often are other students on place.

Single B&B + 5 dinners or Half board : Single room with self-served breakfast supplied by host. Five dinners per week prepared by and taken with host.

Double B&B: A large bedroom with 2 single beds. Self-served breakfast supplied by host. Need 2 persons to register at the same time and for the same stay.

Double B&B + 5 dinners or Half board : Large bedroom with 2 single beds. Self-served breakfast supplied by host. Five dinners per week prepared and taken with host. Accommodation jointly with another student.

We particularly recommend the option B&B during July & August , with the possibility of the dinner on request , on arrangement with your host ; Add 10 € per dinner directly payable to your host.

Our rates are per day and per person all included, no additonal charges.

Other new option : Self catering accommodation on Room only in Private Homes Minimum stay 13 weeks and more :

550 € / 4 weeks + 650 € as once placement fee for the whole duration of the stay.

Accommodation on a room only basis includes shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and often living room. This accommodation offers an independent lifestyle and is more suitable for the long stay student. Self-catering accommodation does not provide the same family atmosphere as a homestay and may not benefit language students who need to practise their French at home.

Accommodation options

All Homestays include:
• A fully furnished, clean and comfortable private bedroom with wardrobe and work table
• Bathroom to be shared with other residents in the flat
• Linen and towels being changed weekly plus laundry facilities
• Access to utilities, TV, Internet, living room and other common spaces
• As a principle you have free access to common rooms but we strongly recommend you to agree on the subject upon arrival.
• You will be given a key on arrival. In case of loss or theft, it will be your responsibility to have it replaced and the lock repaired or even changed as the case might be.

Fees and payments

Our fees are global fees, they include all the services we perform prior to arrival and during the stay, with no extra charge, and are payable directly to FAC.

You will be asked for your credit card number to confirm your booking. You can pay by Credit Card using different ways (online, fax, phone, mail) or bank transfer - See how to pay

For 1 to 6 weeks stays, total payment is due after you received all details of your host . Pre payment usually done before your arrival. For more than 6 weeks, either you pay the total payment of your stay , or month by month, on the base of 30 days. Payment done by credit card upon invoice and ticket of the bank transaction which will forwarded to you on your arrival

Any bank transaction involves a lot of bank fees at our charge, so total payment in once is recommended.

In case of cancellation, we will charge your 150 € on your credit card.
