Private Homes on self- catering basis (Room only) : From 13 weeks minimum

Bookings can only be guaranteed after payment has reached our bank account . We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which we have not received payment by the due date.

When booking accommodation, you must inform France Accommodation or your Host of your estimated arrival time in Paris.
That is to ensure that someone is at home when you arrive. Failure to do this may result in you having to wait for the arrival of the host .F.A.C. will not be responsible for hosts not being at home if students fail to advise the host or F.A.C.

If a student wishes to extend their stay beyond the booked leaving date, they should contact F.A.C. as soon as possible to request an extension. Extensions are subject to availability. If an extension is not possible with the same Host, F.A.C. will endeavour to find you a similar alternative.

If you require accommodation in a twin room, you should request accommodations jointly with another student . We do not provide room mates for students travelling alone.

The down payment of 70 € will not be refundable in case of cancellation before arrival
