Homestay Accommodation : Minimum Stay : 1 week
Private Homes on self- catering basis (Room only) : From 13 weeks minimum

Booking Confirmation
Bookings can only be guaranteed after payment has reached our bank account . We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which we have not received payment by the due date.

Arrival Time
When booking accommodation, you must inform France Accommodation or your Homestay home of your estimated arrival time in Paris.
That is to ensure that someone is at home when you arrive. Failure to do this may result in you having to wait for the arrival of the host .F.A.C. will not be responsible for hosts not being at home if students fail to advise the host or F.A.C.

Extensions of Stay
If a student wishes to extend their stay beyond the booked leaving date, they should contact F.A.C. as soon as possible to request an extension. Extensions are subject to availability. If an extension is not possible in the same Homestay, F.A.C. will endeavour to find you a similar alternative.

Sharing a Twin Room
If you require accommodation in a twin room, you should request accommodations jointly with another student . We do not provide room mates for students travelling alone.

Cancellation Policy for Homestay & Private Homes
The down payment of 70 euros will not be refundable in case of cancellation before arrival.

France Accommodation is pleased to assist Visa Students with their application by means of booking accommodation and providing a letter, which can be shown to the French Consulate in your country, confirming that accommodation has been booked and paid for.
Once you have made payment, your accommodation will be reconfirmed with the supplier and full details of the supplier (e.g. host family.) will be contained in your “visa support letter” as well as a description of the accommodation, address and telephone number
